Very occasionally a parcel doesn't arrive within the expected time frame.  if it still hasn't arrived within 14 working days we will either issue a refund or send the order out again.  The reason for this is that the delivery company aims to sort out delivery issues, locate a parcel and get it on its way within this time frame and, to date, every stray parcel has reached its destination.  Our shipping platform, Sendcloud, deals with all missing parcels on our behalf.
