DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £50
Free delivery only applies to the UK.

All order are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
Please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery times. Whilst the Royal Mail is pretty reliable somethings parcels do take longer than expected so please allow for this. If you have a time frame to delivery please contacted us before placing your order.

You will be sent tracking information as soon as the parcel has been collected from us. Your tracking details also allow you to choose a safe place for the parcel and also to change the day it is delivered. There will be a proof of delivery photo.

Please make sure that you have a 'safe place' registered with the delivery company. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that have to be left exposed to the elements so please make sure you provide somewhere for the parcels to be left eg a plastic container with lid. There are options to have parcels delivered to a neighbour or another address if you will not be home to accept delivery.

If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of the dispatch email please contact us immediately so we have a better chance of finding out where it has been delayed en-route. We really do need you to contact us because without the customer's written statement we cannot make a claim.

International Shipping
We no longer ship to Europe - this is due to parcels constantly being returned undelivered or not being collected by the customer from their local parcel office.

Notes on our products and service
Packaging
We do our best to package our products and orders in a sustainable way. As far as possible we use bags, boxes and tape that are made from recycled materials or can be recycled themselves.
We have large amounts of stock items delivered to us and it is not always in recyclable packaging so we try to reuse this where possible. We think that it is better to reuse the packaging regardless of its eco-credentials because we already 'have it' so might as well keep using it rather than dispose of it.
However most of our suppliers are very responsible with regard to packaging and use mostly paper wad.
We sometimes re-use "a good box" so your order may come in a variety of branded boxes but only nice looking ones!

Cellophane bags:
These bags have a low carbon footprint as they are made in the South of England
They are fully recyclable at the kerbside with your household items.

We work very hard on the quality of our products and package 99% of them to order. This means we can check the quality before bagging up otherwise leaves etc sitting in bags and boxes are prone to crushing and wrinkling. We pride ourselves on the quality of our leafed products and try to include as little 'dust' or crumbly bits. We did try a 'white label' contract with a supplier but the quality was not acceptable so that idea was scrapped!
