The whole plant can be used for food.  Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinale) has been included in cookbooks on wild foods since ancient times and the leaves especially are highly nutritious being are extremely high in vitamins A, K, and beta carotene. 

Universally loved by bunnies and guinea pigs dandelion is a mainstay of a small animal's diet. it can be fed liberally in both dried and fresh forms.

BATCH INFO:  This latest batch is very green and smells fantastic.  There are lots of whole long leaves but it is also uber dry so prone to crumbling.
